Dr. Black has 15 years in the mental health field working on a variety of settings including non-profit agencies, government funded agencies, and private practice.  She previously co-owned a group practice and now is the sole owner of Phoenix Arise.  Dr. Black has experience in multiple business structures, consultation, supervision, training, group leadership, marketing and communications, and private practice/group practice aspects of owners.  She has also presented, published, and created therapeutic products that are sold internationally.  Allow Dr. Black to help you break through any internal barriers that keep you from being your absolute best self.  Dr. Black can incorporate aspects of performance focused EMDR to support growth!
